Gioielleria De Giorgio offers an Easy Returns service to simplify the process of returning items that you are not satisfied with. You can choose to have your order delivered to GLS locations throughout Italy, or request a home pickup.
Fundamental conditions for requesting a return are the perfect integrity of the product, its packaging, receipt, and any tags. Returns of products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

How long do I have to return a product?
From the moment of delivery of the order, you have 14 days to request a return.
I want to return a product, what should I do?
The first thing to do is email assistenza@degiorgiogioielli.com , including your order number and stating your desire to return the product. Within 24-48 hours, we will send you the label to attach to the return package.
For home collection, a courier will collect the return on the indicated date. For delivery to a collection center, the return must be delivered in person.

How is the refund made?
The right of withdrawal is guaranteed in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005. As soon as the returned package arrives at our boutique, it will be inspected. If the products meet the return conditions, the refund will be processed within 14 calendar days. Refund methods depend on the payment method used.
- Payment via PayPal: the refund will be made directly via PayPal;
- Payment by Credit Card: Refunds will be credited only to the card used for the purchase. Refunds cannot be issued to cards other than the ones used for the purchase.
- Payment by Bank Transfer: You will need to provide your bank details for crediting the funds;
- Payment on Delivery: The refund will be made via bank transfer, minus the cash on delivery service fee.
Is the service free?
No, the service is not free but is offered at a flat rate that covers only the costs of picking up the package. This fee is €12.00 and will be deducted from the refund amount for orders under €1,000.00. For orders over €1,000.00, the fee will be assessed based on the value and collection location.

Which couriers do you use?
For shipments to Italy, our products are shipped using different carriers, depending on the destination and product type. Generally, for items up to €1,500.00, we use the express service offered by GLS, which delivers throughout Italy within 24-48 hours (72 hours for islands and remote locations).
For particularly valuable jewelry and watches, shipping will be carried out using Ferrari armored vehicles to ensure the complete safety of the goods.
How much do shipping costs?
For amounts up to €58.99 the shipping cost to Italy is €10.00;
For purchases with a total value of €59.00 or more, shipping to Italy is always FREE.
What should I do if delivery is delayed?
The estimated delivery date is purely indicative and may vary depending on the destination. However, you will always be provided with a tracking code that allows you to track your shipment and be notified of its delivery. 1.1 Oreficeria Sas operating under the name Gioielleria De Giorgio, with registered office in Caivano at Corso Umberto I,6 80023 Caivano (NA), VAT number: 01383071212, offers the sale of products (indicated in the following point 2.1) on the website www.degiorgiogioielli.com and carries out e-commerce activities exclusively towards subjects who can be defined as "consumers" and who are at least eighteen years of age.
1.2 "Consumer" means a natural person acting for purposes outside of any business or professional activity. Individuals who do not meet this requirement are advised to refrain from engaging in any online transactions. Therefore, purchase orders from individuals who do not fall within the above-mentioned category will not be processed.
2 SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT:
2.1 Gioielleria De Giorgio offers new products for sale on the website www.degiorgiogioielli.com, in particular jewelry, bijoux, watches, leather goods, luxury stationery, and objects.
2.2 The products referred to in the previous paragraph are analytically described in the relevant product pages on the website. Gioielleria De Giorgio is exempt from any requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds regarding the images and colors of the merchandise if, upon receipt, they may appear altered due to the Internet browser or monitor used.
3 METHODS OF EXECUTION OF THE CONTRACT:
3.1 The order of the chosen product can be placed through the order form, following the instructions indicated.
3.2 The order form consists of a description of the chosen product, a photo, the price (including taxes and duties), an indication of the payment methods and the delivery methods.
3.3 The order form must be completed in its entirety and sent electronically to Gioielleria De Giorgio, completing the order process. The contract becomes effective and effective upon receipt of the order form by Gioielleria De Giorgio; the purchase order receipt and a summary of the order form will be sent to the email address provided by the consumer.
3.4 By submitting the order form electronically, the consumer accepts the general terms and conditions of the contract and the information on the right to privacy.
3.5 Gioielleria De Giorgio undertakes to communicate the unavailability of the product by email, which will be forwarded to the address provided by the consumer if the items are not available when completing the order form.

4 OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER OREFICERIA SAS:
4.1 Gioielleria De Giorgio is committed to delivering products to the consumer that comply with the sales contract. All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty for manufacturing defects and faults for a period of no less than two years from the date of delivery. Warranty coverage does not extend to wear, scratches, marks, unauthorized repairs, or anything attributable to poor product maintenance or causes attributable to the consumer. To avail of the warranty, the consumer must contact Gioielleria De Giorgio for instructions on how to proceed.
5 SHIPMENTS:
5.1 The purchased product will be shipped to the buyer at the location indicated in detail on the order form, using a courier appointed by Gioielleria De Giorgio. Shipping will occur within 24-48 hours of confirmation of payment to Gioielleria De Giorgio, with the exception of orders placed from Friday afternoon to Sunday evening; these will be processed the following Monday. Shipping costs for orders with a total value of more than €59.00 are free throughout Italy.
