Montblanc has dedicated the Montblanc Great Characters Enzo Ferrari Special Edition to this man and his passion for racing. Inspired by both the coat of arms of Enzo Ferrari's hometown—Modena—and the emblematic shade of the team's logo, this edition pays homage to Ferrari's second soul: yellow. The dates of Enzo Ferrari's birthday and his first race win are engraved on the cone, while the top of the cap is engraved with his signature and the name of his father's workshop, "Officina Meccanica Alfredo Ferrari," a reference to his birthplace. It is embellished with the Montblanc emblem crafted from precious blue resin, a further tribute to the Modena coat of arms, and enhanced by intricate metalwork reminiscent of the grille of a vintage automobile. Enzo Ferrari's first victory, at the Circuito del Savio, also marked the dawn of the now-famous Ferrari logo. Among the many spectators admiring Enzo Ferrari's daring driving that day was the family of Italian flying ace Francesco Baracca, who had served in the same division as Enzo's brother, Dino, during World War I. Francesco Baracca's mother, Countess Paolina Biancoli, suggested that Enzo Ferrari use the emblem of a prancing, unbridled horse from her son's plane on his racing cars as a good luck charm. Associated with the courage and will to dominate of a national hero, the avallo was the ideal symbol for Enzo. Nine years later, the Prancing Horse was used for the first time on a yellow background to decorate an automobile. It was 1932 at the 24 Hours of Spa, and the Scuderia Ferrari team took first and second place with two cars sporting the Prancing Horse. The Prancing Horse is engraved on the cap of the Montblanc Great Characters Enzo Ferrari Special Edition, along with the Countess's words: "It will bring you good luck." The first automobile built by Ferrara, the twelve-cylinder 125 S, left the Maranello factory on March 12, 1947. Twelve engraved lines symbolize the twelve cylinders. Enzo Ferrari's motto, "You cannot describe passion, you can only live it," decorates the ruthenium-coated clip.

Fundamental conditions for requesting a return are the perfect integrity of the product, its packaging, receipt, and any tags. Returns of products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

How long do I have to return a product?
From the moment of delivery of the order, you have 14 days to request a return.
I want to return a product, what should I do?
The first thing to do is email assistenza@degiorgiogioielli.com , including your order number and stating your desire to return the product. Within 24-48 hours, we will send you the label to attach to the return package.
For home collection, a courier will collect the return on the indicated date. For delivery to a collection center, the return must be delivered in person.

How is the refund made?
The right of withdrawal is guaranteed in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005. As soon as the returned package arrives at our boutique, it will be inspected. If the products meet the return conditions, the refund will be processed within 14 calendar days. Refund methods depend on the payment method used.
- Payment via PayPal: the refund will be made directly via PayPal;
- Payment by Credit Card: Refunds will be credited only to the card used for the purchase. Refunds cannot be issued to cards other than the ones used for the purchase.
- Payment by Bank Transfer: You will need to provide your bank details for crediting the funds;
- Payment on Delivery: The refund will be made via bank transfer, minus the cash on delivery service fee.
Is the service free?
No, the service is not free but is offered at a flat rate that covers only the costs of picking up the package. This fee is €12.00 and will be deducted from the refund amount for orders under €1,000.00. For orders over €1,000.00, the fee will be assessed based on the value and collection location.

Which couriers do you use?
For shipments to Italy, our products are shipped using different carriers, depending on the destination and product type. Generally, for items up to €1,500.00, we use the express service offered by GLS, which delivers throughout Italy within 24-48 hours (72 hours for islands and remote locations).
For particularly valuable jewelry and watches, shipping will be carried out using Ferrari armored vehicles to ensure the complete safety of the goods.
How much do shipping costs?
For amounts up to €58.99 the shipping cost to Italy is €10.00;
For purchases with a total value of €59.00 or more, shipping to Italy is always FREE.
What should I do if delivery is delayed?
The estimated delivery date is purely indicative and may vary depending on the destination. However, you will always be provided with a tracking code that allows you to track your shipment and be notified of its delivery. 2 SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT:
2.1 Gioielleria De Giorgio offers new products for sale on the website www.degiorgiogioielli.com, in particular jewelry, bijoux, watches, leather goods, luxury stationery, and objects.
2.2 The products referred to in the previous paragraph are analytically described in the relevant product pages on the website. Gioielleria De Giorgio is exempt from any requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds regarding the images and colors of the merchandise if, upon receipt, they may appear altered due to the Internet browser or monitor used.
3 METHODS OF EXECUTION OF THE CONTRACT:
3.1 The order of the chosen product can be placed through the order form, following the instructions indicated.
3.2 The order form consists of a description of the chosen product, a photo, the price (including taxes and duties), an indication of the payment methods and the delivery methods.
3.3 The order form must be completed in its entirety and sent electronically to Gioielleria De Giorgio, completing the order process. The contract becomes effective and effective upon receipt of the order form by Gioielleria De Giorgio; the purchase order receipt and a summary of the order form will be sent to the email address provided by the consumer.
3.4 By submitting the order form electronically, the consumer accepts the general terms and conditions of the contract and the information on the right to privacy.

4 OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER OREFICERIA SAS:
4.1 Gioielleria De Giorgio is committed to delivering products to the consumer that comply with the sales contract. All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty for manufacturing defects and faults for a period of no less than two years from the date of delivery. Warranty coverage does not extend to wear, scratches, marks, unauthorized repairs, or anything attributable to poor product maintenance or causes attributable to the consumer. To avail of the warranty, the consumer must contact Gioielleria De Giorgio for instructions on how to proceed.
5 SHIPMENTS:
5.1 The purchased product will be shipped to the buyer at the location indicated in detail on the order form, using a courier appointed by Gioielleria De Giorgio. Shipping will occur within 24-48 hours of confirmation of payment to Gioielleria De Giorgio, with the exception of orders placed from Friday afternoon to Sunday evening; these will be processed the following Monday. Shipping costs for orders with a total value of more than €59.00 are free throughout Italy.
